THIRD-PARTY NOTICES XO Arcade: Infinity Edition Effective Date: August 15, 2026 Last Updated: July 24, 2026 1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE This document identifies material third-party software, services, and creative sources used by XO Arcade: Infinity Edition (the “Game”). It provides product-specific attribution, license access, provider information, and a direct-dependency inventory based on the current Gradle version catalog and app-module declarations. This document does not expand the Game license, replace the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, certify legal compliance, or grant rights in third-party materials. Each third-party component, service, or creative source remains governed by its applicable upstream license, terms, policies, provenance records, and mandatory law. If this summary conflicts with an upstream license or provider term, the upstream text controls. 2. EVIDENCE BASIS AND INVENTORY SCOPE The inspected Gradle version catalog and app module identify: - 24 library aliases used from the TOML catalog; - 16 direct production-runtime libraries; - 2 version-alignment platforms; - 4 test dependencies; - 2 debug-only dependencies; - 4 plugins applied to the app module; - 1 global settings plugin; - 1 version constraint that does not independently add a library to the APK; and - no directly declared external artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, hosted-model, or inference dependency. The release-oriented notice inventory excludes: - the Compose Bill of Materials and Firebase Bill of Materials as runtime libraries, because they align versions; - JUnit, AndroidX Test, Espresso, and Compose UI test libraries; - debug-only UI tooling and test-manifest components; - build and settings plugins; and - the androidx.fragment:fragment:1.8.9 version constraint. Gradle, AndroidX, Compose, Google Play services, Firebase, or other direct dependencies may introduce transitive components. Those components remain governed by their applicable upstream terms. This document should be reviewed whenever dependency versions or packaged artifacts materially change. 3. DIRECT APACHE LICENSE 2.0 COMPONENTS The following direct production-runtime dependencies are identified under the Apache License, Version 2.0: - androidx.core:core-splashscreen:1.2.0 - androidx.core:core-ktx:1.19.0 - androidx.lifecycle:lifecycle-runtime-ktx:2.11.0 - androidx.activity:activity-compose:1.13.0 - androidx.compose.ui:ui — version managed by androidx.compose:compose-bom:2026.06.01 - androidx.compose.ui:ui-graphics — version managed by androidx.compose:compose-bom:2026.06.01 - androidx.compose.ui:ui-tooling-preview — version managed by androidx.compose:compose-bom:2026.06.01 - androidx.compose.material3:material3 — version managed by androidx.compose:compose-bom:2026.06.01 - androidx.compose.animation:animation — version managed by androidx.compose:compose-bom:2026.06.01 - androidx.navigation:navigation-compose:2.9.8 - androidx.lifecycle:lifecycle-viewmodel-compose:2.11.0 - androidx.compose.material:material-icons-extended:1.7.8 The complete Apache License, Version 2.0 is reproduced without modification in: Canonical file: LICENSE_APACHE_2_0.txt Website route: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/xo-arcade/apache-2.0.html Upstream copyright, patent, trademark, attribution, and NOTICE obligations remain with their respective owners. The separate Apache license file does not replace an upstream NOTICE file if a packaged component requires one. 4. VERSION PLATFORMS, CONSTRAINTS, TESTS, AND BUILD TOOLS The following version-alignment platforms are declared but are not themselves runtime libraries: - androidx.compose:compose-bom:2026.06.01 - com.google.firebase:firebase-bom:34.16.0 The following declaration is a version constraint and is not counted as a direct runtime library added to the APK: - androidx.fragment:fragment:1.8.9 Test-only, debug-only, and build-tool components are not presented as release-runtime components in this notice. Their upstream terms continue to apply to development, testing, and build use. The Kotlin Standard Library was not verified as a directly declared dependency in the inspected inventory. If the Kotlin or Compose toolchain packages it or another runtime component transitively, that packaged component remains subject to its upstream license and should be included in a release-artifact inventory. 5. GOOGLE SERVICES AND RELATED SDK COMPONENTS The Game directly includes or uses: - Google AdMob through com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:25.4.0; - Google User Messaging Platform through com.google.android.ump:user-messaging-platform:4.0.0; - Google Analytics for Firebase; and - Firebase Crashlytics. Firebase dependency resolution and service operation may also include Firebase Installations, Firebase Sessions, and supporting Google or Firebase components. These services support banner and interstitial advertising, consent or privacy messaging, analytics, crash diagnostics, installation identifiers, session measurement, and related service operation. The Game does not use rewarded, App Open, or native advertising formats according to the current product configuration. Google and Firebase components remain subject to the applicable provider agreements, policies, documentation, and mandatory law. Inclusion in this inventory does not grant an open-source license over provider-controlled services or SDK components. Canonical service notice: AD_SERVICES_NOTICE.txt Website route: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/xo-arcade/admob-notice.html Data processing and privacy disclosures are addressed in the XO Arcade: Infinity Edition Privacy Policy. 6. CREATIVE AND GENERATED MATERIAL The current product-specific legal inventory identifies: 1. ElevenLabs-generated audio Canonical notice: ELEVENLABS_NOTICE.txt Website route: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/xo-arcade/elevenlabs-notice.html 2. Kenney game assets Canonical notice: KENNEY_NOTICE.txt Website route: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/xo-arcade/kenney-notice.html 3. Suno-generated music Canonical notice: SUNO_NOTICE.txt Website route: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/xo-arcade/suno-notice.html ElevenLabs commercial-use eligibility should be supported for each included output by contemporaneous account, generation-date, plan, billing, source-file, and in-Game correspondence records. Kenney asset provenance should identify the downloaded asset pack or asset page, acquisition date, included license file, local source file, and corresponding in-Game asset. Suno commercial-use eligibility should be supported for each included track by contemporaneous account, generation-date, subscription-tier, billing, source-file, and in-Game correspondence records. These public notices do not independently prove provenance or commercial-use eligibility. Applicable provider terms, included license files, and contemporaneous records control. No OpenAI, ChatGPT, or Pixabay notice is included because the current product-specific legal inventory does not identify those providers for this Game. 7. ZERO AI IS FIRST-PARTY LOCAL GAME LOGIC The Game includes “Zero AI” (“Zero”), a first-party programmed and adaptive opponent that executes locally on the device using the device CPU. Zero is not: - a third-party library; - an external API; - a remotely hosted model; - a cloud inference service; - an ElevenLabs or Suno runtime service; or - a third-party account or multiplayer service. The inspected Gradle and TOML files contain no directly declared external artificial-intelligence, machine-learning, hosted-model, or inference dependency for Zero. Zero therefore does not require a separate third-party notice merely because the product describes it as “AI.” This statement concerns the inspected direct dependency declarations and does not represent an independent source-code or binary audit. 8. RELATED LEGAL DOCUMENTS Privacy Policy: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/xo-arcade/privacy-policy.html Terms of Service: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/xo-arcade/terms-of-service.html Provider-controlled services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. These notices do not eliminate provider obligations or the operator’s responsibilities. 9.
