1. SOURCE AND SCOPE

XO Arcade: Infinity Edition (the “Game”) includes game-development assets obtained from Kenney.

Kenney is not integrated into the Game as a runtime service. Ordinary gameplay does not send player gameplay, device, advertising, analytics, diagnostic, or personal data to Kenney.


2. APPLICABLE LICENSE

The applicable license is the license supplied with, or expressly identified for, the specific Kenney asset pack or asset obtained by the operator.

Many Kenney asset packs are made available under Creative Commons CC0 1.0, but this notice does not assume that every file bearing the Kenney name is governed by identical terms. The license included with the exact downloaded asset controls.

3. INTEGRATED USE

The assets are used as integrated parts of the Game. They are not offered as a standalone stock collection, asset pack, or substitute for the original Kenney download.

This notice does not grant rights in third-party trademarks, brands, characters, fonts, music, or other materials that may be separately identified inside or alongside a particular package.


4. ATTRIBUTION AND PROVENANCE

Where the specific asset is governed by CC0 1.0, attribution is not required as a condition of that license. This public notice nevertheless identifies Kenney as the source platform.

Internal provenance records should identify:

- the asset pack or asset name;
- the source page or download location;
- the acquisition date;
- the included LICENSE or README file;
- the downloaded source archive or file; and
- the corresponding filename or use within the Game.

This notice does not replace those records.


5. NO RUNTIME ACCESS, ENDORSEMENT, OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTY

Players do not need a Kenney account to use the Game, and the Game does not provide access to Kenney assets as a separate service.

Kenney and its related names and marks belong to their respective owners. Kenney does not operate, sponsor, or endorse the Game merely because assets from its platform are used.

Jesus Afkerian does not provide an additional warranty on behalf of Kenney or individual asset contributors. Nothing in this notice limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
