HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA XO Arcade: Infinity Edition Effective Date: October 27, 2026 Last Updated: October 27, 2026 1. KEY POINTS - XO Arcade: Infinity Edition (the “Game”) is published by Jesus Afkerian, an individual operating under the AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE brand (“AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). - The Game has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. - Data kept on your phone: you can delete it yourself at any time (Section 3). Your Nearby player name also goes to nearby phones when you play Nearby 1 vs 1, and they do not save it (Section 9). - Data that Google collects through ads, its consent tool and Google Play services for its own purposes: we do not hold it and cannot delete it, but you can use Android’s and Google’s controls (Section 5). - Data that reaches our Firebase project (Google Analytics and Crashlytics): it is deleted automatically after set periods. We cannot find and delete one phone’s records earlier, because the Game has no accounts and shows no identifier (Section 6). - Emails you sent us: we delete them when you ask (Section 7). 2. WHO WE ARE AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE publishes the Game. We are located in Florida, United States. Jesus Afkerian is the founder and owner of AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE. For any question about this page, email afkerian.support@gmail.com. This page explains how deletion works. Our Privacy Policy describes all the data in full: https://afkerianinteractive.com/xo-arcade/privacy-policy.html 3. DATA KEPT ON YOUR PHONE What it is: your statistics against ZERO, ZERO’s memory of how you play, ZERO’s inbox, your settings (including your language choice), your Nearby player name, timing records, the Game’s copy of our legal documents, your ad privacy choices, the identifiers that Google’s software stores in the Game’s storage, and any other working data that Google’s software keeps there. The Game does not send any of this to us. When you use Nearby 1 vs 1, the Game sends your player name to nearby phones (Section 9). Google’s software sends the identifiers and ad privacy choices to Google with the data described in Sections 5 and 6. Delete parts of it inside the Game: - ZERO’s memory: on the main menu, tap the brain icon (“Wipe ZERO memory”), then CONFIRM WIPE. - Statistics: on the main menu, tap the chart icon (“ZERO statistics”), then RESET STATS. - ZERO’s inbox: open ZERO’s inbox from the main menu (the screen titled ZERO TRANSMISSIONS), then tap CLEAR ALL. - Nearby player name: replace it in the name field on the Nearby 1 vs 1 screen. Delete all of it: - Open your phone’s Settings. - Go to Apps (on some phones, Apps & notifications or Applications). - Select XO Arcade. - Open Storage (on some phones, Storage & cache). - Tap Clear storage (on some phones, Clear data). Clearing only the cache does not delete this data. Uninstalling the Game also deletes all of it from your phone and stops all collection by the Game. After you clear storage or reinstall, Firebase gives the Game a new installation identifier that is not linked to the old one. Your phone’s advertising ID does not change unless you delete or reset it (Section 5). 4. YOUR ANDROID BACKUP If backup is turned on in your phone’s settings, Android may have copied the Game’s data to your Google Account’s backup storage. Google runs this service, and we cannot access or delete your backups. Clearing the Game’s storage does not remove an existing backup, and Android may restore the old data if you reinstall the Game. To stop future backups, turn off backup in your phone’s settings. The location of the setting depends on your phone (for example, Settings, then Google, then All services, then Backup, or Settings, then System, then Backup). Google explains how backup works, and how to see and manage your backups in your Google Account, here: https://support.google.com/android/answer/2819582 Google says that the backups shown in your Google Account are managed together, so deleting them there removes the backed-up data of your devices, not only the Game’s data. 5. DATA GOOGLE COLLECTS FOR ITS OWN PURPOSES What it is: data that Google collects through Google AdMob (ads), Google’s consent tool and Google Play services Nearby, and uses for its own purposes under Google’s Privacy Policy. This includes your advertising ID, your IP address, information about your phone, and your interactions with the Game and with ads. We do not receive or hold this data, so we cannot delete it. Google keeps it under Google’s own retention rules: https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention What you can do: - Delete your advertising ID: on most Android phones, open Settings, then Privacy, then Ads and tap Delete advertising ID. Google says that apps that ask for the ID afterward receive a string of zeros instead. You can also reset it to get a new one. On older Android versions, open Settings, then Privacy, then Advanced, then Ads and turn on Opt out of Ads Personalization. Menu names can differ from phone to phone. - Use “Ad privacy choices” in the Game: where Google shows a privacy message for your location, the Game’s Legal & Licenses screen shows “Ad privacy choices,” where you can change or withdraw your choices about how Google uses data for ads. - Manage Google’s ad personalization: https://myadcenter.google.com - Review and delete data in your Google Account: https://myaccount.google.com/data-and-privacy - Nearby usage analytics: on your phone, open Settings, then Google, then Usage & diagnostics, and turn it off. Google’s Privacy Policy explains Google’s own deletion and access tools: https://policies.google.com/privacy 6. DATA IN OUR FIREBASE PROJECT (GOOGLE ANALYTICS AND CRASHLYTICS) What it is: usage events, device information and identifiers sent by Google Analytics for Firebase, and crash reports sent by Firebase Crashlytics. Google stores this data for us in our Firebase project. How long it is kept: - Google Analytics: event-level data linked to an identifier is deleted after 2 months. User-level data is deleted after 2 months. The 2-month period for user-level data restarts each time the Game sends new activity from the same installation, so it runs from the last time the installation was used. Google deletes data that has reached the end of its period once a month. Aggregated reports that do not identify any installation are not affected. - Firebase Crashlytics: Google keeps crash reports and their identifiers for 90 days and then starts removing them from live and backup systems. - Firebase installation identifiers: Firebase deletes an installation identifier when the installation has been inactive for a set period, currently 270 days. Google says related data is then removed from live and backup systems within 180 days. Why we cannot delete one phone’s records on request: the Game has no accounts, does not show you any identifier and does not send us one. We have no way to tell which records in Google Analytics or Crashlytics belong to your phone, so we cannot find them to delete them before these periods end. What you can do: - Uninstall the Game to stop all further collection. Existing records are then deleted on the schedule above. - Clear the Game’s storage (Section 3). From then on, Firebase uses a new installation identifier that is not linked to the old records. Clearing storage does not delete the records already in our Firebase project. They are deleted on the schedule above. Google Analytics can still receive your phone’s advertising ID unless you delete it (Section 5). 7. EMAILS YOU SENT US What it is: emails you sent to afkerian.support@gmail.com, with your email address, name, message and attachments, and our replies. How to delete: email afkerian.support@gmail.com from the address you used and ask us to delete your emails. A subject line such as “Delete my data: XO Arcade” helps us find your request quickly. Once we confirm that the request comes from you, we will delete your emails, their attachments and our replies from our mailbox within 30 days and tell you when we have done it. Gmail then removes deleted emails from its Trash within 30 days, and Google may keep backup copies for a limited time under its retention policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention What we keep: a short record of your deletion request (your email address, the date, what you asked and what we did) for 24 months after we close the request, so that we can show that we handled it. We may also keep an email if we need it for an actual or expected legal claim, an investigation or a legal obligation. If that applies, we will tell you which emails we keep and why, and we will keep them only until that matter ends. If you do not ask, we delete support emails no later than 24 months after our last exchange with you. 8. REQUESTS TO OUR WEBSITE The Game downloads our legal documents from afkerianinteractive.com. These requests carry your IP address and basic information about your phone, and our website host, Cloudflare, processes them. We keep no logs of our own, so there is nothing for us to delete. Cloudflare’s dashboard shows us records of these requests, which can include the IP address, user agent, path and country of a request, for up to 31 days. Cloudflare keeps its own records under its privacy policy (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/). 9. NEARBY 1 VS 1 In Nearby 1 vs 1, your player name is sent over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi to nearby phones: when you host, to any phone near you that is searching for an XO Arcade game; when you join, to the host’s phone. The Game on those phones holds the name in memory only and does not save it to storage. We never receive it. Your own copy of the name is deleted when you clear the Game’s storage (Section 3). 10.
