HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA Tap Odyssey Effective Date: October 27, 2026 Last Updated: October 27, 2026 1. KEY POINTS This page explains how to delete the information connected with Tap Odyssey for Android (the “Game”), which is published by Jesus Afkerian, an individual operating under the AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE brand (“AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Game has no account, so there is no account to delete. Information connected with the Game falls into four groups, and each one is deleted in a different way: - Game data on your phone or tablet: you delete it yourself, by clearing the Game’s storage or uninstalling the Game (section 2). - Information that Google collects for its own purposes through its advertising and consent tools and Google Play services: we do not hold it and cannot delete it, but you can use Android’s and Google’s controls (section 3). - Information in our Firebase project (Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics): we cannot connect it to you, so we cannot find it on request, but Google deletes it automatically on a fixed schedule (section 4). - Emails you send us: we delete them when you ask (section 5). The requests the Game makes to our website to update its legal documents leave nothing for you to delete, because we do not keep logs of them (section 6). Our Privacy Policy describes all of this information in detail: https://afkerianinteractive.com/tap-odyssey/privacy-policy.html 2. GAME DATA ON YOUR DEVICE What it is. Your progress, coins, skins, helpers, records, daily reward calendar, settings, ad frequency counters, reminder settings, privacy choices and saved copies of our legal documents. This information is stored only in the Game’s private storage on your device. The Google SDKs in the Game also keep their own identifiers and settings there, and the web views that display ads can keep cookies and cached data there. We do not receive any of this information. How to delete it. Use either option: - Clear the Game’s storage: open your device’s Settings, go to Apps, select Tap Odyssey, open Storage (on some devices, “Storage & cache”) and tap “Clear storage” (on some devices, “Clear data”). The exact names can differ by device and Android version. - Uninstall the Game: this deletes the Game and all of its data from your device. Clearing only the cache does not delete your progress. The RESET TO DEFAULTS button in the Game’s Settings only turns music, sound effects and vibration back on. It does not delete your progress or any other data. Android backups. If backup is turned on for your device and Google Account, Android may keep a copy of the Game’s data in your Google Account and restore it when you install the Game again or set up a new device. Google runs this feature, and we cannot see or delete your backups. If you do not want your data to come back: - before you reinstall the Game, turn off backup on your device. Google explains how at https://support.google.com/android/answer/2819582. You can also delete backups in your Google Account dashboard, but Google warns that these backups are managed together, so deleting them permanently deletes the backed-up data of all your devices, including data from your other apps; and - if a backup restores your data after you reinstall, clear the Game’s storage again. According to Google, Android keeps only the most recent backup of the Game. When it is gone. Clearing storage or uninstalling deletes this data from your device immediately. We cannot recover it. 3. INFORMATION GOOGLE COLLECTS FOR ITS OWN PURPOSES What it is. The Game uses Google AdMob for ads, Google’s User Messaging Platform for privacy choices about ads, and Google Play services. Through them, Google receives information such as your device’s advertising ID, other device identifiers, your IP address and your activity with the Game and its ads. Google uses this information for its own purposes as well as ours, under the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). What we can and cannot do. We do not receive or hold this information, and we have no way to delete it from Google’s systems. What you can do: - Delete or reset your advertising ID. On most Android devices, open Settings, then Privacy, then Ads, and choose “Delete advertising ID” or “Reset advertising ID.” The exact names can differ by device and Android version. After you delete it, apps that ask for it receive only a string of zeros. After you reset it, your device gets a new advertising ID. Google explains the steps at https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/6048248. - Change your privacy choices in the Game. Where Google offers the choice in your region, open Settings in the Game and tap AD PRIVACY OPTIONS under PRIVACY & LEGAL to withdraw consent, object where advertising partners rely on their legitimate interests, or opt out of the sale or sharing of your information. This affects future processing. - Use Google’s tools. You can manage how Google personalizes ads for your Google Account at https://myadcenter.google.com, and review the information in your Google Account at https://myaccount.google.com. Google explains how it uses information from apps that use its services at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. - Contact Google. To ask Google about information it holds, use the options in the Google Privacy Policy. 4. INFORMATION IN OUR FIREBASE PROJECT What it is. We use Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the Game is used and Firebase Crashlytics (with Firebase Sessions and Firebase Installations) to fix crashes. Google stores this information in our Firebase project. It is linked only to random identifiers created for your copy of the Game, such as the Analytics app-instance ID, the Firebase installation ID and the Crashlytics installation identifier, and, for Analytics, your device’s advertising ID. Why we cannot delete it on request. The Game does not show these identifiers, and the information contains no name, email address or account. We therefore have no way to find the information that belongs to you, even if you ask us. How it is deleted. Google deletes it automatically: - Google Analytics for Firebase: our settings keep event-level data for 2 months. User-level data is kept for 2 months after the last time the Game sends Analytics new activity from your installation, because each new activity restarts that period. Google deletes expired data once a month, so expired data can remain for up to one more month. Age, gender and interest estimates are kept for no more than 2 months. Aggregated reports, such as totals of users and sessions, are not deleted on this schedule, but they do not identify you. - Firebase Crashlytics: crash reports and the identifiers linked to them (including the Crashlytics installation identifier and the Firebase installation ID) are kept for 90 days. Google then starts removing them from its live and backup systems. - Firebase Installations: Google states that it may delete a Firebase installation ID after 270 days without activity. - Firebase Sessions: Google does not publish a separate retention period for this data on its Firebase privacy page. What you can do now: - Uninstall the Game. This stops all new collection. The existing information is then deleted on the schedule above. - Clear the Game’s storage. Google states that a new Firebase installation ID may be assigned when the Game is reinstalled or its cache is cleared, and clearing the Game’s storage also clears its cache. If a new ID is assigned, information collected after that is linked to the new identifier, not to the earlier one. - Delete your advertising ID (section 3). Analytics can then no longer read it. 5. EMAILS YOU SEND US What it is. If you have emailed afkerian.support@gmail.com, we have your email address, the name on your email account, your messages, any attachments and the standard information that comes with an email. Google hosts this mailbox through Gmail. How to delete it. Send an email to afkerian.support@gmail.com, from the address you used before, with the subject “Delete my data: Tap Odyssey.” If you write from a different address, tell us the address you used, and we will confirm the request with that address before we delete anything. What we will do. Within 30 days of receiving your request, we will delete your emails and our replies to you, and we will confirm by email that we have done so. Gmail keeps deleted messages in its trash for up to 30 days and then removes them permanently. We will keep only a record of the date of your request and the email address it came from, for 24 months, so that we can show that we handled it. If we must keep a message to meet a legal obligation or to establish or defend a legal claim, we will tell you which message and why. If you do not ask, we keep support emails for up to 24 months after our last message to you. 6. REQUESTS THE GAME MAKES TO OUR WEBSITE To keep its legal documents current, the Game downloads them from afkerianinteractive.com, which Cloudflare hosts for us. These requests contain your IP address and your device’s standard Android user agent (Android version, device model and build number). We do not create or export logs of these requests. Cloudflare’s dashboard shows us aggregated statistics and records of individual requests: a sample of all requests, and the requests that a Cloudflare security feature acted on. These records can include the IP address. Cloudflare’s documentation states that they are available to us for up to 31 days, after which they are no longer available to us. We do not copy or download them. There is nothing you need to delete. 7.
