1. ABOUT THIS NOTICE

This notice is part of the third-party notices for QR Decoder: Scan & PDF Tools (the “App”), published by Jesus Afkerian, an individual operating under the AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE brand (“AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It covers desugar_jdk_libs, a subset of OpenJDK libraries that Android's build tools add to the App so that newer Java library features work on older Android versions.


2. COMPONENT

- desugar_jdk_libs: com.android.tools:desugar_jdk_libs, version 2.1.5, published by Google (https://github.com/google/desugar_jdk_libs).


3. LICENSE

desugar_jdk_libs is licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2, with the Classpath Exception. The full text is in LICENSE_GPL_2_0_WITH_CLASSPATH_EXCEPTION.txt and at https://openjdk.org/legal/gplv2+ce.html. The Classpath Exception allows the library to be linked with independent code, such as the rest of the App, without that code becoming subject to the GPL. The library itself remains under the GPL.


4. SOURCE CODE

The source code of desugar_jdk_libs is published at https://github.com/google/desugar_jdk_libs. In addition, for three years after we last distribute a version of the App that includes desugar_jdk_libs, we will provide a copy of the complete corresponding source code of the version it includes to anyone who asks at afkerian.support@gmail.com, for no more than our cost of sending it.
