This notice is part of the third-party notices for QR Decoder: Scan & PDF Tools (the “App”), published by Jesus Afkerian, an individual operating under the AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE brand (“AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It covers the Apache Log4j API, a logging interface that Apache POI requires. The App's own code does not write logs.

The App includes only the Log4j API. It does not include the Log4j Core logging implementation.
