1. KEY POINTS

- The 26 songs played on Pocket Bones FM in Pocket Bones: Board Games (“Pocket Bones”) were generated with Suno, an AI music service. Their cover art came with the song files from Suno.
- Pocket Bones is published by Jesus Afkerian, an individual operating under the AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE brand (“AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
- Suno is not part of the app at runtime. Playing the radio sends nothing to Suno.


2. WHAT IS INCLUDED

The songs and their cover images are stored in the app, and the app plays them from the phone. The app lists us, AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE, as the artist of each track.

Each song file in the app keeps the metadata embedded in it, including a “made with suno” tag and a link to the song on suno.com. The app shows six songs under titles that differ from the titles in that metadata: “Brava de Fuego” as “Firebrand,” “Gaita de Furro de Maracaibo” as “Folk Groove,” “Jorpo de los Llanos” as “Joropo of the Plains,” “Paseo de la Montaña” as “Mountain Stroll,” “Si Ya No Queda Nada” as “When Nothing Remains,” and one of the two recordings titled “Midnight Martini” as “Last Call at the Velvet Room.”


3. TERMS THAT APPLY

The songs were generated and downloaded under the Suno Terms of Service in effect at the time: https://suno.com/terms

Suno’s terms tie commercial use of a song to the subscription plan in effect when it was created and downloaded, do not promise that copyright will exist in a generated song, and state that a generated song may be similar to songs generated for other users. If this notice and Suno’s terms ever differ, Suno’s terms control.


4. YOUR USE

These songs are part of Pocket Bones. Our Terms of Service do not allow you to extract, copy or distribute them outside the app.


5. NO ENDORSEMENT

Suno is a trademark of its owner. Suno does not sponsor or endorse Pocket Bones. AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE gives no warranty on behalf of Suno.
