Effective Date: October 27, 2026
Last Updated: October 27, 2026

1. KEY POINTS

- The voices and most of the sound effects in Pocket Bones: Board Games (“Pocket Bones”) were generated with ElevenLabs, an AI audio service. The click sound comes from Kenney (see KENNEY_NOTICE.txt).
- Pocket Bones is published by Jesus Afkerian, an individual operating under the AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE brand (“AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
- ElevenLabs is not part of the app at runtime. Nothing you do in the app is sent to ElevenLabs.

2. WHAT IS INCLUDED

- Pocket Bones FM talk: every line spoken by the station’s hosts and callers was generated with ElevenLabs text to speech, using voices designed for Pocket Bones with ElevenLabs Voice Design. No real person’s voice was cloned for the radio.
- Radio sound effects, such as stingers, applause, phone and weather sounds, generated with ElevenLabs Sound Effects.
- Table voices: the short lines that Zero and the other table players say during games, generated with ElevenLabs text to speech.
- Game sound effects: the sounds of dice, dominoes, chess and checkers pieces, discs, stones, pawns, marbles and Mahjong tiles, the menu sounds other than the click sound, and the radio tune-in sound, generated for Pocket Bones with ElevenLabs Sound Effects.

The audio was trimmed, mixed and normalized for the app. It is stored in the app and plays from the phone.
