GOOGLE ADVERTISING AND CONSENT NOTICE
Pocket Bones: Board Games

Effective Date: October 27, 2026
Last Updated: October 27, 2026

1. KEY POINTS

- Pocket Bones: Board Games (“Pocket Bones”), published by Jesus Afkerian, an individual operating under the AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE brand (“AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), shows ads from Google AdMob.
- Google’s ads software and Google’s consent tool run inside the app and send information to Google.
- They are provided by Google LLC under Google’s terms. They are not open source.
- What they collect, and your choices, are explained in the Pocket Bones Privacy Policy.

2. THE COMPONENTS

These Google components are included in Pocket Bones versions 1.1 (version code 4) and 1.2 (version code 7):

- Google Mobile Ads SDK (com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads and play-services-ads-api, version 25.5.0), used to request and show banner, full-screen and rewarded ads from Google AdMob.
- Google User Messaging Platform (com.google.android.ump:user-messaging-platform, version 4.0.0), Google’s consent tool. It checks whether a privacy message or privacy choices are needed, shows them, and stores your choices on your phone.
- Google Play services Ads Identifier (com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads-identifier, version 18.0.0) and App Set (com.google.android.gms:play-services-appset, version 16.0.1), which let Google’s ads software read the Android advertising ID and the app set ID.

Google’s ads software also depends on AndroidX Privacy Sandbox Ads (androidx.privacysandbox.ads:ads-adservices and ads-adservices-java, version 1.1.0-beta11), an open source library under the Apache License, Version 2.0, listed in our Third-Party Notices.

3. HOW POCKET BONES USES THEM

- The app asks the consent tool for an update shortly after it starts, and requests ads only when the consent tool allows it and the phone has a working internet connection.
- Banner ads appear at the bottom of the main menu and of game screens. A full-screen ad can appear after a finished match, no more than once per match. A rewarded ad plays only if you choose to watch it. After you watch it, the app shows no ads and makes no ad requests until midnight, local time on your phone, or for 2 minutes if midnight is less than 2 minutes away. You can earn this reward once per day.
- The app sends Google’s default ad requests. It does not add keywords, content links or other information about you to them.
- When the consent tool says privacy choices are required for you, Settings shows a “Privacy choices” button that opens Google’s privacy options.

4. INFORMATION AND PRIVACY

Google states that its ads software collects and shares IP addresses, user interactions with the app and its ads, diagnostic information, and device and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID and the app set ID, for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention, and that it encrypts this information in transit.
