ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT afkerianinteractive.com Effective Date: October 27, 2026 Last Updated: October 27, 2026 1. KEY POINTS This statement explains how Jesus Afkerian, an individual operating under the AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE brand (“AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), works to make our website at afkerianinteractive.com usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology. This section is a short summary. The full statement follows it. - Our goal is for the website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. - We run automated accessibility, keyboard and reduced-motion tests on every proposed change to the website, and again when a change is accepted. - Automated tests cannot find every problem, and we have not yet completed a full manual review with assistive technology. Known limitations are listed in section 6. - If something on the website does not work for you, email afkerian.support@gmail.com. We will reply within 10 business days and can send you the information in another format. 2. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE We are responsible for this website and for this statement. Jesus Afkerian is the founder and owner of AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE. We are based in Florida, United States, and you can reach us at afkerian.support@gmail.com. 3. WHAT THIS STATEMENT COVERS This statement covers the pages and documents published at afkerianinteractive.com, including our legal documents. It does not cover: - our apps, which run on your device and have their own design and settings; - Google Play, where you download our apps, which Google LLC operates; and - your own email app, which opens when you use our contact links. 4. OUR GOAL Our goal is for the website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C): https://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG22/ We have not had the website independently audited, so we do not claim that it fully meets this standard. 5. WHAT WE DO We run automated tests on every proposed change to the website, and again when a change is accepted. The tests: - scan each page with the axe-core accessibility engine, using its rules for WCAG 2.0 and 2.1 Level A and AA, its rules for WCAG 2.2 Level AA and its best-practice rules, and report a failure for any issue the engine rates as critical, serious or moderate; - require a perfect accessibility score (100) in Google Lighthouse on a sample of pages that includes the home page and a legal document page; - check on the home page, using only the keyboard, that the "Skip to main content" link is the first item you reach and that it moves focus to the main content, and check that each footer link can receive keyboard focus; and - check that the home page shows its content right away when your device is set to reduce motion. The website is also built so that: - each page declares its language for screen readers, Spanish pages are marked as Spanish, and on the home page the footer links to our Spanish legal documents are marked as Spanish; - without JavaScript, pages still show their headings, navigation and links. The theme control does not work, and most legal document pages show a link to the plain-text version of the document instead of the formatted text; - most legal document pages link to a plain-text version of the document. If a page you need does not, email us and we will send you the text; - legal documents show their section titles as headings, so you can move between sections with a screen reader; and - pages open in a light color theme, and you can choose Light, Dark or Automatic (which follows your device setting) with the theme control at the bottom of each page. 6. KNOWN LIMITATIONS - No full manual review yet. We have not yet tested the whole website by hand with screen readers and other assistive technology. Automated tests cannot find every barrier. - Language of some links. On some pages, the "Español" link to the Spanish version of a document is not marked as Spanish, so a screen reader may read it with English pronunciation. - QR Decoder notice viewer. The page that shows a single QR Decoder notice or license text needs JavaScript. Without JavaScript, it shows no notice text. The plain-text files of these notices are published at addresses that begin with https://afkerianinteractive.com/qr-decoder/legal/, and we will email any of them to you if you ask. - Linked services. Google Play and other websites we link to are outside our control. Their accessibility is the responsibility of the companies that run them. We will update this list as we fix these limitations or find new ones. 7. FEEDBACK AND OTHER FORMATS If you have trouble using any part of the website, or need information from it in another format, email afkerian.support@gmail.com. A subject line such as "Accessibility" helps us find your message quickly. Please tell us the page address and what happened. We will reply within 10 business days. If we cannot fix the problem right away, we will send you the information you need in another way, for example as plain text in an email, and tell you when we expect to fix it.
