THIRD-PARTY NOTICES Air Strike Arcade Effective Date: August 15, 2026 Last Updated: July 24, 2026 1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE This document identifies material third-party software, services, and creative sources used by Air Strike Arcade (the “Game”). It provides attribution, license access, provider information, and a product-specific inventory based on the Game’s current direct production dependencies and identified notice-bearing transitive components. This document does not expand the Game license, replace the Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, certify legal compliance, or grant rights in third-party materials. Each third-party component, service, or creative source remains governed by its applicable license, terms, policies, provenance records, and mandatory law. If this summary conflicts with an upstream license or provider term, the upstream text controls. 2. EVIDENCE BASIS AND INVENTORY SCOPE The current Gradle version catalog and app module declaration identify 13 direct production dependencies after excluding: - the Firebase Bill of Materials, which manages versions but is not itself a runtime library; - test-only dependencies; and - build plugins used to construct the Game. The direct production inventory consists of: - 9 AndroidX, Material Components, and Jetpack libraries identified under the Apache License, Version 2.0; - Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics, with versions managed through the Firebase Bill of Materials; - Google Mobile Ads SDK / AdMob; and - Google User Messaging Platform (“UMP”). The inspected dependency evidence also identifies: - org.checkerframework:checker-qual:3.12.0 under the MIT License; and - com.google.code.findbugs:jsr305:3.0.2 with an embedded Maven POM declaring Apache License 2.0 and Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 source notices for four javax.annotation.concurrent classes. Additional transitive artifacts may be included by Gradle, AndroidX, Google Play services, Firebase, or other direct dependencies. Those artifacts remain governed by their applicable upstream terms. This document must be reviewed whenever the version catalog, app dependencies, packaged artifacts, or creative assets change. 3. DIRECT APACHE LICENSE 2.0 COMPONENTS The following direct production dependencies are identified under the Apache License, Version 2.0: - androidx.core:core-ktx:1.19.0 - androidx.appcompat:appcompat:1.7.1 - com.google.android.material:material:1.14.0 - androidx.activity:activity:1.13.0 - androidx.constraintlayout:constraintlayout:2.2.1 - androidx.recyclerview:recyclerview:1.4.0 - androidx.cardview:cardview:1.0.0 - androidx.coordinatorlayout:coordinatorlayout:1.3.0 - androidx.work:work-runtime:2.11.2 The complete Apache License, Version 2.0 is reproduced without modification in: Canonical file: LICENSE_APACHE_2_0.txt Website route: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/air-strike-arcade/apache-2.0.html Upstream copyright, patent, trademark, and attribution notices remain with their respective owners. GOOGLE SERVICES AND RELATED SDK COMPONENTS The Game directly includes or uses: - Google AdMob through com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:25.4.0; - Google User Messaging Platform through com.google.android.ump:user-messaging-platform:4.0.0; - Google Analytics for Firebase; and - Firebase Crashlytics. Firebase Crashlytics and related Firebase dependency resolution also include Firebase Installations, Firebase Sessions, and supporting Google or Firebase components. These services support banner and interstitial advertising, consent or privacy messaging, analytics, crash diagnostics, installation identifiers, session measurement, and related service operation. The Game does not use rewarded, App Open, or native advertising formats according to the current product configuration. Google and Firebase components remain subject to the applicable provider agreements, policies, documentation, and mandatory law. Inclusion in this inventory does not grant an open-source license over provider-controlled services or SDK components. Canonical service notice: AD_SERVICES_NOTICE.txt Website route: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/air-strike-arcade/admob-notice.html Data processing and privacy disclosures are addressed in the Air Strike Arcade Privacy Policy. 7. CREATIVE AND GENERATED MATERIAL The Game’s current legal inventory identifies the following creative sources: 1. Pixabay sound effects Canonical notice: PIXABAY_NOTICE.txt Website route: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/air-strike-arcade/pixabay-notice.html 2. Suno-generated music Canonical notice: SUNO_NOTICE.txt Website route: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/air-strike-arcade/suno-notice.html Pixabay asset-level provenance should identify the source page or identifier, contributor, acquisition date, downloaded file, and corresponding Game asset. Suno commercial-use eligibility must be supported for each included track by contemporaneous account, generation-date, subscription-tier, billing, source-file, and in-Game correspondence records. These public notices do not independently prove asset provenance or commercial-use eligibility. Applicable provider terms and contemporaneous records control. Generated output may not be unique and may be subject to third-party rights or mandatory law. No notice guarantees exclusivity, copyrightability, registrability, non-infringement, or continuing provider availability. No OpenAI, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, or Kenney notice is included for Air Strike Arcade because the current product-specific legal inventory does not identify those providers for this Game. 8. RELATED LEGAL DOCUMENTS Privacy Policy: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/air-strike-arcade/privacy-policy.html Terms of Service: https://afkerianinteractive.github.io/air-strike-arcade/terms-of-service.html Provider-controlled services remain governed by their own terms and privacy policies. These notices do not eliminate provider obligations or the operator’s responsibilities. 9.
