1. SOURCE AND SCOPE

Air Strike Arcade (the “Game”) includes sound effects obtained from Pixabay and integrated into the Game’s audiovisual experience.

Pixabay is not integrated into the Game as a runtime service. The ordinary operation of the Game does not send player gameplay, device, advertising, analytics, diagnostic, or personal data to Pixabay.


2. GOVERNING LICENSE AND TERMS

Pixabay content is subject to the Pixabay Content License and the Pixabay terms applicable when the relevant sound effect was obtained.

3. INTEGRATED USE AND RESTRICTIONS

The sound effects are used as integrated parts of the Game. They are not offered as a standalone stock library, separate download collection, or substitute for the original Pixabay content.

The Pixabay Content License does not itself grant rights in trademarks, brands, recognizable people, publicity rights, privacy rights, property rights, or other third-party interests that may be associated with particular content.

The content may not be used in a misleading, deceptive, unlawful, or otherwise prohibited manner. This notice does not expand the Pixabay license.


4. ATTRIBUTION AND PROVENANCE

Pixabay states that attribution is generally not required under its Content License, although attribution may be appreciated.

This public notice identifies Pixabay as the source platform. Internal provenance records should identify, where available, the source page or identifier, contributor, acquisition date, downloaded file, and corresponding Game asset. This notice does not replace those records.


5. NO RUNTIME ACCESS, ENDORSEMENT, OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTY

Players do not need a Pixabay account to use the Game, and the Game does not provide access to Pixabay content as a separate service.

Pixabay and its related names and marks belong to their respective owners. Pixabay does not operate, sponsor, or endorse the Game merely because content from its platform is used.

Jesus Afkerian does not provide an additional warranty on behalf of Pixabay or individual contributors. Nothing in this notice limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.
