ELEVENLABS GENERATED VOICE NOTICE
Air Strike Arcade: Air Hockey

Effective Date: October 27, 2026
Last Updated: October 27, 2026

1. KEY POINTS

Air Strike Arcade: Air Hockey for Android (the “Game”), published by Jesus Afkerian, an individual operating under the AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE brand (“AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), includes four short voice clips spoken by Zero, the Game’s computer-controlled opponent. These clips were created with ElevenLabs, an AI voice generation service. ElevenLabs is not part of the Game when you play, and the Game sends ElevenLabs no information.

2. THE VOICE CLIPS

The Game includes four clips, stored as “ha_ha_ha,” “loser,” “you_lose” and “you_win.” Zero plays them during matches. They are the same audio files that we use in our game XO Arcade: Infinity Edition.

Zero is a fictional character. Its voice is a generated voice.

3. TERMS

Our use of the clips is subject to the ElevenLabs terms of use: https://elevenlabs.io/terms-of-use

The clips are part of the Game only. You may not extract them from the Game or distribute them separately.

4. NO ENDORSEMENT

ElevenLabs is a trademark of its owner. ElevenLabs does not sponsor or endorse the Game. We give no warranty on behalf of ElevenLabs.
