HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA Air Strike Arcade: Air Hockey Effective Date: October 27, 2026 Last Updated: October 27, 2026 1. KEY POINTS This page explains how to delete data connected with Air Strike Arcade: Air Hockey for Android (the “Game”), published by Jesus Afkerian, an individual operating under the AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE brand (“AFKERIAN INTERACTIVE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The Game has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. Data connected with the Game falls into five groups, and each one is deleted in a different way: - Data stored on your phone (and in your Android backup, if backup is on): you delete it yourself, at any time (section 2). - Data that Google collects for its own purposes through ads, the consent tool and Google Play services: we do not hold it and cannot delete it, but you can use Google’s controls (section 3). - Data in our Firebase projects (Analytics and crash reports): we cannot find one person’s records, but most of this data is deleted automatically after fixed periods, and you can cut its link to your phone (section 4). - Requests the Game makes to our website for legal documents: we do not keep any record of them, and Cloudflare’s dashboard shows them to us for up to 31 days (section 5). - Emails you send to our support address: we delete them when you ask (section 6). Our Privacy Policy describes all of this data in more detail: https://afkerianinteractive.com/air-strike-arcade/privacy-policy.html 2. DATA STORED ON YOUR PHONE What it is: your settings (sound, music, vibration, themes, recommendations), Zero’s memory and your match statistics, the daily count of rematch rewards, your privacy choices in Google’s consent tool, cached copies of the Game’s legal documents, a few technical flags (for example, whether you have seen the multiplayer tutorial), and the files that Google’s software keeps inside the Game’s storage. We never receive this data. How to delete it: - To erase only Zero’s memory and statistics: on the main menu, tap the red Wipe Memory icon (the last icon in the row of small icons, after the Settings icon), then tap WIPE to confirm. Your settings and privacy choices stay. - To erase everything the Game stores: open your Android Settings, go to Apps, select Air Strike Arcade, open Storage, and tap Clear storage (on some devices, Clear data). The exact menu names depend on your device and Android version. Clearing only the cache does not erase your data. - Uninstalling the Game also erases everything it stores on your phone. Backups. If Android backup is turned on, your Google Account may hold a backup copy of the Game’s settings and Zero’s memory, which Android can restore when you reinstall the Game or set up a new phone. The Game never includes your consent choices or its cached legal documents in backups. Google provides backups, and we cannot access them. To stop future backups, turn off backup in your device settings (on many devices, Settings, Google, All services, Backup and restore). To see or delete existing backups, open your Google Account dashboard at https://myaccount.google.com/dashboard. Google manages a device’s backups together, so you cannot delete only the Game’s backup there: deleting removes the backed-up data of all your apps. Google’s instructions are at https://support.google.com/android/answer/2819582. 3. DATA THAT GOOGLE COLLECTS FOR ITS OWN PURPOSES What it is: Google’s ads software (Google AdMob), Google’s consent tool (User Messaging Platform) and Google Play services, including Nearby Connections for local multiplayer, collect information such as your IP address, your device’s advertising ID and other identifiers, and information about how you use the Game and its ads. Google uses this information for its own purposes as well as to provide these services. Why we cannot delete it: this information goes directly from Google’s software on your phone to Google. We do not receive it, we cannot look it up, and we cannot ask Google to delete it for a particular person. What you can do: - Delete or reset your advertising ID. In your Android Settings, go to Privacy, then Ads (on some devices, Settings, Google, All services, Ads), and tap Delete advertising ID or Reset advertising ID. After you delete it, apps receive a string of zeros instead of the identifier. Resetting it replaces it with a new one, so new data is no longer connected to the old ID. Google’s instructions are at https://support.google.com/googleplay/android-developer/answer/6048248. - Change your ad choices in the Game. When the Game’s Legal & Licenses screen shows “Privacy Options,” you can change your ad consent or opt-out choices there (to open that screen, tap the “i” information icon on the main menu). - Manage personalized ads from Google at https://myadcenter.google.com. - Turn off Google’s Nearby usage analytics in your device settings under Settings, Google, Usage & diagnostics. - Use Google’s own tools. Google explains how it uses information from apps that show its ads at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and how to review and delete data held in your Google Account in its Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. 4. DATA IN OUR FIREBASE PROJECTS (ANALYTICS AND CRASH REPORTS) What it is: Google Analytics for Firebase receives usage events (such as sessions, screen views and ad impressions), device information, approximate location derived from your IP address, your advertising ID and a random app-instance ID. Firebase Crashlytics receives crash reports with device information and a random installation identifier. Firebase Installations and Firebase Sessions add an installation identifier and session information. Google processes the crash report, installation and session data for us as our service provider. Google provides Analytics under its own Google Analytics terms, as explained in section 7 of our Privacy Policy. Why we cannot delete one person’s records on request: this data is linked to identifiers, not to your name or email address. These are random identifiers created for your installation of the Game and, for Analytics, your device’s advertising ID. The Game does not show you the installation identifiers, and we cannot connect any of these identifiers to your name, your email address or your phone. So even if you write to us, we have no way to find which records are yours. How it is deleted: - Analytics: our settings keep event-level data and user-level data for 2 months each. Google deletes data automatically every month once that period ends. Each time your installation sends new Analytics data, its 2-month period for user-level data starts again, so that data is deleted 2 months after your installation last sends Analytics data. Aggregated reports, which show only totals and are not linked to any identifier, are kept. - Crash reports: Google keeps crash stack traces and the identifiers attached to them for 90 days and then starts deleting them from its live and backup systems. - Installation identifiers: Google states that Firebase deletes installation identifiers that have been inactive for 270 days. - Session information (Firebase Sessions): Google does not publish a separate retention period for it. What you can do: - Clear the Game’s storage, or uninstall and reinstall the Game, and also reset or delete your advertising ID (section 3). Clearing storage gives the Game new installation identifiers. Resetting or deleting the advertising ID changes the other identifier that Analytics receives. After both steps, new data is no longer connected to the old records, and the old records expire under the periods above. - If Android restores a backup of the Game’s data, some of Google’s files may be restored too. Clearing the Game’s storage after the restore gives it new installation identifiers. - If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you can withdraw your consent through “Privacy Options,” which stops Analytics collection. Elsewhere, and for crash reports everywhere, the Game has no in-app switch; uninstalling the Game stops all collection. 5. REQUESTS TO OUR WEBSITE FOR LEGAL DOCUMENTS What it is: when the Game downloads its legal documents from afkerianinteractive.com, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives your IP address and your device’s standard network identification string, which includes your Android version and device model. How it is deleted: we do not export, download or keep any record of these requests, so we hold nothing that we could delete. Cloudflare’s dashboard shows us traffic statistics and a sample of individual requests, which can include the IP address, user agent, path and country, for up to 31 days. After that period they are no longer available to us, and we cannot remove them earlier. Cloudflare keeps its own records as its privacy policy describes (https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/). The requests stop when you uninstall the Game. 6. EMAILS YOU SEND TO SUPPORT What it is: if you email afkerian.support@gmail.com, we receive your email address, the name on your email account, your message and any attachments. Our mailbox is a Gmail account. How to delete it: email afkerian.support@gmail.com from the same address with the subject “Delete my data.” Any message that asks us to delete your data works. The subject only helps us find it quickly. We will: - delete your messages and our replies from our mailbox, including its trash, within 30 days of your request; and - send you one email confirming the deletion. We keep a short record of your request (your email address, the date, what you asked for and what we did) for 24 months to show that we handled it, and then delete it. We may keep a message only if the law requires us to or if we need it for a legal claim or dispute, and we will tell you if that is the case. After we delete messages, Google removes deleted data from its systems on its own schedule, as described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/retention. If you do not ask, we delete support emails no later than 24 months after our last message. 7.
